Helping a local plumber get more enquiries

Plumbway serves homeowners in Hamilton. The aim was simple: bring in more enquiries for plumbing and bathroom renovation work.

We ran two Meta campaigns. Keeping the services in separate campaigns made it possible to see how many leads each one brought in and what those leads cost.

Two services. Two ways to start a conversation.

The account snapshot shows 17 leads from the plumbing campaign and 12 from bathroom renovations. Together, that is 29 people for Plumbway to follow up with.

A plumbing enquiry can start with a specific repair or installation. A bathroom renovation usually needs a conversation about the scope of the project. In both cases, the next step is to understand the job and decide whether it is a good fit.

What the result tells us

The updated campaign result is 29 leads at $21 per lead. That gives Plumbway a clear measure of the cost of bringing in a new enquiry.

The result here is lead generation. We have not included booked jobs or revenue, because those sales outcomes have not been supplied.
