Reaching owners ready to talk about a change
Touchwood Asset Management works with property owners in Melbourne. The campaign aimed to bring in enquiries from people considering a change of property manager.
We ran a Meta lead campaign. Interested owners could leave their details, giving Touchwood an opportunity to discuss their property and what they needed from a management team.
The follow-up turned interest into clients
The campaign brought in 17 leads. Touchwood followed up with those enquiries, and four people switched their property management over in under 30 days.
Those four switches are the main result. They represent new client relationships for Touchwood, beyond the initial advertising enquiry.
Measuring the whole journey
The campaign summary puts the cost at $72 per lead. That tells us what it cost to start a conversation. The four confirmed client wins tell us what happened after the team followed up.
For this batch, about one in four leads became a client. That is calculated from the 4 confirmed switches out of 17 leads. It describes this campaign’s result, not a promised conversion rate for future campaigns.
